All of our live cultured vegetables are made using the traditional method of fermentation: adding quality sea salt and time. Our ferments are raw, full of probiotics, vegan, dairy free, gluten free and delicious. Also, we use stoneware crocks made with a lead-free glaze as vessels to ferment in. Our Pickled Beets are currently the only vinegar pickle we make and we use only organic ingredients to make them.
